We are NOT:
- A telecom carrier
- A marketing agency
- A data broker
Users control communications.
2. Consent & Compliance Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained lawful consent before messaging or calling
You comply with:
- WhatsApp Business policies
- Telecom regulations
- Anti-spam laws
- Data protection laws
- AI usage laws
You assume full responsibility for communications sent via your account.
3. High-Risk Activities Prohibited
You may NOT use our services for:
- ✕ Robocalling without consent
- ✕ Spam campaigns
- ✕ Political manipulation
- ✕ Deepfake impersonation
- ✕ Fraud or scams
- ✕ Harassment
- ✕ Financial manipulation schemes
Immediate termination applies.
4. AI & Automation Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may contain errors
- AI may produce unexpected outputs
- You are responsible for monitoring AI behavior
L10 AI Labs is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
5. Regulatory & Fine Protection (Very Important)
You agree that L10 AI Labs shall not be liable for:
- Government penalties
- Telecom blocking
- WhatsApp account bans
- Regulatory investigations
- Fines due to your communications
You agree to indemnify us against such claims.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L10 AI Labs from:
- Legal claims
- Regulatory fines
- Data protection complaints
- Telecom disputes
- Third-party lawsuits
7. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- AI errors
- Third-party platform outages
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Government actionsTelecom shutdownsPlatform bansNatural disastersInfrastructure failures
9. Suspension Rights
We may suspend accounts for:
- Legal risk
- Spam detection
- High complaint rates
- Policy violations
10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall:
- Attempt informal resolution
- If unresolved, go to binding arbitration under Indian arbitration law
